Evaluation

“Evaluation” is a process of judging value by collecting data to analyze and compare with “criteria” to see if the project is successful or achieves its objectives. The purpose is to use it as information to support decision-making by those involved or administrators in judging the value of the project, whether to continue, delay, improve or terminate the project, and to ensure that project management is effective.
