On Friday, October 10, 2025, Dr. Chattapol Sayaphan, Director of the Evaluation Center, assigned Ms. Phanida Tophuang, an expert on agricultural development evaluation, to preside over the opening ceremony of the CPPE 's first knowledge exchange for fiscal year 2026 on the topic of integrated evaluation. The event took place from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in Meeting Room 3, 3rd floor, Innovation Building, Office of Agricultural Economics, and via Zoom Cloud Meeting. Mr. Suwit Siritho, Director of DIAE, gave a report. The objective of the event was to develop the knowledge and skills of personnel in the area of plan/project monitoring and evaluation, particularly the integration of various monitoring and evaluation methods to ensure maximum benefit for all parties involved in the plan/project. The event was attended by 107 personnel from the CPPE and OAE Regions 1-12.
Asst. Prof. Dr. Pornthida Wisetsilpapanont was honored to be present. Head of the Department of Education, Asst. Prof. Dr. Teeradej Chai-arun, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Prapaphan Un-ob, Asst. Prof. Dr. Siwaporn Phuphan, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Laphasrada Chitwarin, lecturers in the Doctor of Philosophy Program in Population Studies for Sustainable Development and the Master of Arts Program in Social Project Evaluation, Department of Education, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Mahidol University, provided informative lectures. A Q&A session was also held to facilitate the exchange of ideas and insights, ensuring participants could apply their acquired knowledge and skills to effective monitoring and evaluation.
