On September 19, 2025, Dr. Chattapol Sayaphan, Director of the CPPE, OAE, presided over the opening ceremony of the workshop "Improving the Efficiency of Monitoring and Evaluation in 2026." Ms. Panida Tophuang, an expert in agricultural development evaluation, gave a report. The workshop, held from September 18-20, 2025, at the Healthland Resort & Spa Hotel in Pattaya, Chonburi Province, aimed to prepare and enhance the efficiency of monitoring and evaluation for operations in 2026.
The seminar activities included:
>> Clarification of the operational review guidelines for 2022-2025 and the establishment of a framework for increasing efficiency of CPPE in 2026 and beyond, by Mr. Banphot Trikittibut, Director of DCE.
>> Group brainstorming to review and identify guidelines for increasing efficiency. including presentations of brainstorming results.
>> Lecture: "Academic Development of Monitoring and Evaluation in 2026" by Ms. Panida Tophuang, Expert on Agricultural development evaluation.
>> Lecture: "Technological and Innovation Development in Monitoring and Evaluation in 2026" by Dr. Anuwat Pue-on, Expert in Policies and Special Projects Evaluation.
>> Lecture: "Plan and Operations of the Evaluation Center in 2026" by
Mr. Methee Chanta, Director of the Division of Agricultural Programme Evaluation.
>> Seminar: "Improving the Efficiency of Monitoring and Evaluation Operations in 2026" by Directors of various Divisions and Department.
>> Lecture: "Lessons Learned from the Three-Year Operations Period (2022-2025) and Key Performance Goals for 2026" by Dr. Chattaphon Sayaphan, Director of the CPPE.
The CPPE staff will utilize the knowledge gained to further enhance their work efficiency.
