CPPE held a workshop on "Building a Future Evaluation Team" to evaluate key projects under the Agricultural Master Plan from September 4-6, 2025, at The Royal Gems Golf Resort, Nakhon Pathom Province.
Ms. Thanyathitha Bunyamanikul, Deputy Secretary-General of the Office of Agricultural Economics, presided over the opening ceremony on September 5, 2025, and Ms. Panida Tophuang, an expert in agricultural development evaluation, gave a report. The objectives of the workshop are to develop personnel's knowledge and understanding of adapting to the disruption era, enabling them to apply innovative technologies to their work, enhancing communication and leadership skills, fostering digital teamwork, and preparing personnel for effective missions.
The training activities included:
1) a lecture on "Perspectives on Adapting to Monitoring and Evaluation in the Disruption Era" by Dr. Anuwat Pue-on, an expert in policy and special project evaluation.
2) a lecture and practical training by a team of speakers, including:
(1) Teamwork and Networking in Monitoring and Evaluation Practices
(2) Techniques for Monitoring and Evaluation of Agricultural Community Development Promotion in Local Areas and Practical Training on Monitoring and Evaluation of Agricultural Community Development Promotion, Lessons Learned, and Community Analysis in Maha Sawat Subdistrict, Phutthamonthon District, Nakhon Pathom Province
(3) Techniques for Monitoring and Evaluation of Sustainable Development
(4) Innovations in Monitoring and Evaluation of Social Projects
(5) Analysis and Professional Experience Training for Evaluators
(6) Team Building
(7) Developing Team Capacity to Enable Challenges, Volunteerism, Expressionism, and Achievement of the Same Goal (Wrap Up Future Team) In addition, a brainstorming session was held to develop a "Future Team" evaluation team to drive the team forward.
The lecturers provided knowledge and practical training from educational institutions, including Mahidol University and Bangkok Thonburi University. and Siam University, as follows:

The personnel of CPPE will utilize the knowledge and experience gained from the training to drive the evaluation team and further develop the CPPE 's monitoring and evaluation for greater efficiency and effectiveness in the future.
