On November 7, 2024, Ms. Thanyathitha Boonyamanikul, Deputy Secretary-General of the OAE, presided over the opening ceremony of the first Evaluation Center Learning Exchange Activity in 2025 on “Learning Lessons Learned and Synthesizing Knowledge for Application in Monitoring and Evaluation” from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Meeting Room 2, 3rd Floor, Innovation Building, Office of Agricultural Economics and via Zoom Cloud Meeting, with Dr. Chatchapol Sayaphan, Director of CPPE, giving a report. The objectives are to prepare personnel of the Office of Agricultural Economics to have the necessary competencies, knowledge, abilities, and skills to perform their duties effectively and to result in systematic and continuous learning, leading to becoming a learning organization.
The participants in the activity consisted of personnel from CPPE and Office of Agricultural Economics 1-12, totaling 60 people. The activity consisted of a lecture on Learning Lessons Learned and Synthesizing Knowledge for Application in Monitoring and Evaluation Work, honored by Mr. Wirat Prabthuk, Director of the Highland Research and Development Institute (Public Organization), who was a speaker to share knowledge, meaning, concepts, tools, steps, questions, methods of learning lessons, and examples of learning lessons.The knowledge gained will be applied by the personnel of CPPE and the Office of Agricultural Economics 1-12.
